What was the task
We developed a parcel monitoring, document management, automatic parcel locker management, and third-party services operation system.
The store manager places the packages in the parcel lockers on his own or with the help of a transportation service. The recipient tracks the shipment and picks it up at a locker convenient to them.
Main functionality:
- Personal user accounts
- Shipment status tracking
- Information on parcels: registration date, barcode, departure city and destination city, carrier, etc.
- Parcel parameter filtering
- Report generation, documentation
- Package returning to the sender or to the warehouse
