What was the task
We developed a system of parcel monitoring, document management, automatic work with parcel lockers, as well as integration with third-party services.
Store manager places packages in the parcel lockers on his own or with the help of a transport service. The recipient tracks the shipment and picks it up at a convenient locker.
Main functionality:
- User's personal account
- Tracking shipment status
- Information about parcels: registration date, barcode, city of departure and destination, carrier, etc.
- Parcel filtering by parameters
- Generating reports, documentation
- Returning a package to the sender or to the warehouse
- Changing the parcel locker, canceling the order
- List of couriers and parcel lockers
