First RE digital marketplace
What was the task
We developed a functional marketplace for tenants and landlords, where they can safely conclude contracts.
The user selects properties according to a variety of parameters (location, price, number of bedrooms, etc.), and the service shows the user options that correspond to the settings. The tenant can schedule an apartment/house visit for a specific day and time or make a deal right inside the app.
In the interest of security, the user signs a contract and fills out their profile at the registration stage. Based on the data provided, the landlord makes a decision and confirms the deal with his signature. The built-in scoring and credit check protect the landlord from unscrupulous tenants.
