The Fit Service car services car wash project.
The mobile app is designed to automate the job of car wash employees and increase productivity.
The client interaction process is digitized in stages. The app contains information on each client, their visits, and a loyalty program. Specialists can quickly assemble the necessary services and predict what and when to offer to the client, based on the history of their visits. Furthermore, a transparent motivation system has been implemented for employees: as a manager immediately sees how much he has earned per order, per day, and per month.

What was the task
We promptly designed the interface, tested out how it worked at car washes, and didn’t run any unnecessary development cycles, which reduced the Time to Market.
After the application was launched, the average bill increased by 20% due to additional sales. The initial order processing time was shortened, and more time was freed up for the manager to monitor the work quality. LTV increased due to implementation of recommendations, as well as employee productivity.
