What was the task
Our main goal was to create a straightforward corporate travel planning tool.
- We analyzed the requirements for the app and the back office.
- We studied the business process and created user routes.
- We developed a terms of reference.
- We made a complete redesign.

Main functionality:
- Searching and purchasing airline tickets from among 500 airlines, train tickets, and transfers
- Booking and hotel payment
- Electronic document management for records
- Personal account, travel history, and online access to supporting documents: tickets, checks, receipts
- Registration of business trips for employees in a single click
- Monitoring travel expenses, adjusting travel policy, and limiting purchases to save on the budget
- Offline working if you can't connect to the Internet
