What was the task
Previously, the client’s tender specialists spent significant resources searching for suitable tenders: they browsed tender platforms using a registered account, downloaded information in documents, uploaded them to specific folders in the corporate space, and analyzed them for compliance with the company’s profile.
Our task was to simplify the manual search process and fully delegate it to an AI model.
Our team developed an AI solution for automatically collecting information from tender platforms. It downloads and analyzes documentation based on predefined parameters: primarily, whether the tender matches the company’s technology stack. If it does, the AI gathers and classifies key data for each tender, including technologies, requirements, project start and end dates, price, contacts, certification restrictions, and other filtering factors, including potential risks. It also analyzes the federal law under which the procurement is conducted. A summary is automatically uploaded to the developed web interface.
As a result, the tender specialist receives a ready-to-use extract containing all the necessary information for further work.
