What was the task
To develop an iPad mobile app. It is a remote control for the Dome3D server based on the OSC protocol.
Main functionality:
- Calibration of the planetarium screen and Dome3D equipment
- Installing new movies on equipment
- Film management: playing, pausing, rewinding, etc.
- Organizing a media library of films
- Subscription purchasing
UI Guide
For the design, we used laconic black and red, which is convenient for operating in a dark room. Colors do not strain people’s vision and do not distract from the main functionality of the app.
