We developed an intelligent tool integrated with the Tax Authority API that conducts deep analysis of receipts based on customizable business rules. Its user-friendly interface allows managers to approve expense reports, review receipt verification history, and monitor user actions through role-based access control (Employee / Manager / Accounting).
We also ensured enterprise-grade security: beyond user permissions, the system allows the admin to regulate file and history retention periods, configure document upload sources, and automatically anonymize confidential personal data.
