Based on the client’s business process analytics, we proposed implementing a local, on-premise AI solution based on LLM. We integrated several AI agents into a consolidated logical infrastructure, where each agent specialized in a single task, and a shared AI supervisor provided a unified workflow.
We tested the resulting Proof of Concept in three key areas of the client’s legal department:
- contract analytics, including risk assessment, identifying key contract provisions and conditions, and detecting errors and potential bottlenecks;
- drafting standard contracts using an AI constructor, as well as automatically generating additional agreements, acts, appendices, and estimates based on the uploaded contract;
- consultative and informational support: knowledge base, search for precedents and ready-made legal solutions, recommendations, and search for best practices for specific cases.
The MVP took approximately two months to develop. The result is a scalable automated solution, controlled by a simple interface and natural language processing (NLP) commands. Document processing now takes just minutes, instead of hours of manual proofreading and verification. AI generates a conceptual summary, highlights risks and contentious issues, and points out legal errors and contractual inconsistencies with the organization’s internal policies and current legislation.
