Project Manager

Within this role we see a person with experience:

Remote work of PM in IT-sphere more than 3 years (ideally experience in studios)
Command management starting from 4 people. Classic team: PM, business analyst, Android developer, iOS developer, QA engineer, on larger projects everything is proportionally larger
Project budget follow and risk estimations: working on your projects does not exceed the estimation;
Communication with customer on the decision-maker level, top management and business owners.

Systemicity, ability to organize your work and team work: no nuance on the project will escape from your look – you will follow everything, take into account, solve)) Everything is under control, for example, each revision is added to the SoW, the terms and budget are immediately re-agreed with the customer.
High perfectionism and love for the qualitative result of your work: you do not sleep well at night if know that there may be bad-working app in release.
Charisma and empathy: customers love to communicate with you and stay calm even if force majeure is on the project.
You can sell your ideas to anyone: additional functionality to the client, new improvements to the team, you are able to present everything in a positive and best way without facts distortion. We are for honesty.
Strategic thinking. A sense of reality: the ability to observe a reasonable compromise between timing, labor and product quality.
Business thinking: you understand how business works, how to communicate with customer. Maybe you had your own business in the past?
Devotion to horizontal structure in the company, pro-activity, you are open-minded
