Technical support of a mobile application for the insurance company
The mobile application for SOGAZ INSURANCE clients allows customers to buy insurance products online and add them to the user’s personal account. It makes it easier to make doctor’s appointments in medical clinics available under the VHI program. Using the app, you can get information about policies and report insured events. The solution is implemented on iOS and Android platforms.

What was the task
In 2020 our team won the tender and signed a contract with SOGAZ INSURANCE for technical support and improvement of the mobile application for individuals on iOS and Android platforms. The client tasked us to refine the functionality (analytics, UX/UI, etc.), test it and fix bugs.
- The purchase of property insurance policies and other types of insurance
- Adding policies to the personal account and getting information with it
- The display of medical facilities available under the VMI program on the map
- Downloading letters of guarantee for VMI policies
- Making doctor's appointments
- The ability to contact a single contact center
- Creating appeals on the issues of interest
- Acquaintance with the information on SOGAZ products
The design of the application corresponds to the current color style of the SOGAZ corporate website.
